Our community now is a place that I can be proud of

Wow, what an unbelievable difference the Homeowners Association Board members have made within the past 9 months. Our community now is a place that I can be proud of with the updated look to the clubhouse and the opening of the pool, My hat is off to Tracy Harris the HOA President and I believe their names are Jessie and Caroline (They have a red truck). I know they have spent countless hours up at the clubhouse and if there was anyway to reward them, I would gladly donate to a trip of some sort and would highly recommend them going on a cruise to relax. I know other board members have help out as well and I Thank them for making the decision to move forward with things in the community.
Now OK Miller Bay Estates it now time for US to protect our community assets because I sure do not want our money to be wasted. Once again THANK YOU MILLER BAY ESTATES BOARD MEMBERS.

  1. It's great to see some enthusiasm and applause for the hard work being accomplished by just a few to benefit the many (all the residents). Countless hours are spent managing and carrying out these projects. Without some recognition for these volunteer "doers", it would be a thankless job! ---- past board member

  2. YES!! I have never seen as much progress as has been happening with the current board and Association President, Tracy Harris. I've thanked her directly, but she and the board are 'getting it done' around here and it is so very much appreciated. We are so thankful that the pool is open this year (even with the current closure for chemical rebalancing). It's nice to come home to the neighborhood now. Thanks Tracy and other board members!

  3. Just curious, what was wrong with the "dangerous" spring toys that were removed from the playground? Where are they now, in someones backyard? The wood play structure and the swing set look way more dangerous to me. Swing set is too close the the concrete blocks and sidewalk.

  4. The spring toys were broken and have been disposed of. The play ground structure is in the 2011 budget to be replaced. The swing set is within regulation. The board will take a look at redoing the entire playground area.
    Thanks
    Tracy Harris
