WOW! On the way home from a late night event Wednesday( 12:30am), we drove by the clubhouse and it and the street were really well lighted . . GOOD JOB!

Back in the 90's the parking lot did have lights but they were remove to save money.
ReplyDeleteFor the 2 lights the association paid for, it was around $40 a month with dues at $75.
Yes the lights will cost the Association about $40.00 per month.
ReplyDeleteMy neighbor had one installed on Harborview Drive and it will cost us approx $90.00 per year and will be divided among 3 homeowners.
