  4. Thanks for the clean up.

Who is paying for the lot cleanups?

Are liens being put on the lots with the junk?

There is still a dryer, washing machine, a bike, and a refrigerator door on lot 44 of Del Ray Place.

  5. Thank you for your comments.

The HOA paid in advance to have junk on 2 lots to be picked up. The lot owners will be charged for collections.

We have identified lots that have junk on them and letters have been sent out for cleanup with great success.

Wavecrest/DelRay was cleaned up a few weeks ago and I did drive by today and saw that someone had dumped their unwanted junk, We will contact the owners for cleanup.

MBE Residents are reminded that there is "NO DUMPING IN MBE AND YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES.

The police will be patrolling our area more in the late evenings.

If any residents sees illegal dumping call 911 and state that is an non emergency and give details.

If you would like to discuss this matter further you can email me at:mbe98370@yahoo.com
Thank You and I welcome more comments

  6. Can anything be done about the houses in Miller Bay estates that are eyesores and bring down property values?

There are numerous houses here that are rundown and the owners seem to make no obvious effort to do basic maintenance. Some have all kinds of junk littering their front yard. Others have multiple cars parked on their yard for months or years.

Its really embarrassing to see this especially when we have visitors from out of town.

  7. The Miller Bay Estates CC&R's article nine clearly states: (Located here: http://www.millerbayestates.com/....ccrs.html)

"No garbage, refuse, rubbish or cuttings shall be deposited upon or left on a property unless placed in an attractive container suitably located and screened from public view".

I know that Tracy (MBE Board President) reacts quickly to 'dumping complaints' on vacant lots by piling up the junk (with help from residents)and having it hauled away . . . THANK YOU TRACY and participants!!

Still, there are many homes with piles of tires, broken toys, appliances, dead vehicles and miscellaneous junk laying around in plain view! I just don't get it???

Looks like the rest is an enforcement issue doesn't it.

  8. We are currently trying to identify the homes that are not within the requirements of the CC&R's.

If there is a home that you know of please email the address to: mbe98370@yahoo.com.

I'm trying to tackle all the issues of the community but I really do need your help.

Residents its time to take some pride in your homes.

  9. there are a bunch of pig pen homes here, dont understand how they can live like that?

  10. I don't understand either why people do not take pride in their homes. Most are living the American Dream to be able to afford to purchase or own a home.
MBE residents it time to get out and clean up!
